Return & Refund Policy

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags or pods. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

Unopened, sealed bags may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Hardware Products

Hardware (roasters, makers, grinders, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime before your next renewal. No refunds on already-shipped subscription orders.

EU/EEA/UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us in writing (email to [email protected]). You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us. We will refund the full purchase price including original delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery). Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (opened coffee bags/pods).

Australian Customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund Method
